MY STORY

I have worked as a nurse for nearly 30 years, predominantly in emergency care and intensive care settings. I am accustomed to working with people when they are at their lowest ebb.

Drawing on this experience, I felt a strong calling to connect with people on a deeper level — and found Bioenergy Healing. This truly holistic approach to healthcare has proved transformative on one's healing journey.

WHAT IS BIOENERGY HEALING?

Bioenergy Healing gently releases old patterns and blocks and revitalises your energy field — helping you feel lighter, clearer and fully supported in becoming the best version of you. Working with me as your therapist, allows your body to heal and return to its optimal state.

During our one-to-one sessions, health issues are identified and the correct strategies are put in place to address them. A balanced bioenergy system, nutritional guidance, relaxation techniques and a positive mindset are just some of the areas that we explore together.

A Personal Note

Healing is a journey that unfolds uniquely for each individual. I am deeply grateful for this path and for the opportunity to walk alongside others as they embrace their own healing and transformation. Beyond my practice, my most cherished role in life is being a mother. My daughter is my greatest teacher, my inspiration - and she reminds me daily of the beauty and depth of human connection.
